Episode #69 from Transformers: The Lost EpisodesTitle: "SOS Magnus"
While deep in space, Megatron has located a planetoid rich with Gandium, an element once used to synthesize energon. After protesting the harnessing of this unstable energy, Starscream wanders the area and locates an ancient abandoned Cybertronian medical facility. Inside, he discovers an Autobot housed in a cryogenic chamber who looks exactly like... Optimus Prime? Who is this second Prime? Can Megatron convince him to join his cause?

Interesting...I always wondered if this little design I've seen kicking around was indeed cannon. I've only ever been familiar with Magnus as the big guy with the wonky shoulder struts, or whatever they are.

Ultra Magnus is an Optimus Prime clone, but with his inner shell, he's very distinguishable from Prime.
