Description
I had originally decided that if I were to do a Pulseman fancomic, I would do it digitally with a tablet. Now I wonder if I might do some parts in pencil on paper. Just so it would all be half-and-half.This is a scene I came up with in a series of events leading up to one of the canon parts of the backstory. This is before Pulseman gets his watch, which is why he isn't wearing one here.

I forget if I asked you this, but is this story based at all on Dante? I love the courtly aspects of it.

Ahhh I was supposed to read Dante back in college but like most required reading I lazed off and then skimmed the whole thing the morning before the exam.
Therefore I really can't say.
There is something that inspired some part of this but I can't remember what it is offhand. Basically I just build their dialogue and reactions based on what I judge their characters to be like. Pulseman is a gentleman who feels cast out from society because he's different from everyone else, while Beatrice is taken advantage of by her human creators every day and longs to be treated as something better than a slave.

Again, I say I'm not ashamed of admiting it got to make me tear up a bit, and note that it's rare for something to touch me like that!
However, I feel sorry for the cleaners, because com'on, we can see spots of broken stuff and mess. They'll have a lot of work to clean that. XD
