My newest Macro Series. I named it after this very shots “Diamonds In The Night”.

These works are quite a discovery for me and I personally feel a huge jump from my usual processing manner. I tried some really interesting new techniques when it comes to image processing both in Photoshop Elements and Corel PhotoPaint 12. But I still need to familiarize myself with RAW at one pint in the future as well.

I haven’t done any macro since summer and was eager to try droplets on my new set of feathers _ I was waiting patiently for the right moment, but in the morning of I took one longing look at my camera and one look at the feathers and the next moment I don’t remember how I found myself with my Canon ready by my side with a medical syringe filled with water in the other hand. And just gave in to the passion… If you have any feathers, don’t tell me: I am insanely obsessed with them at the moment Or else All your feathers will be
M I N E !
