Big fight scene = lots of work from me. Especially when people have unconventional weapons, like bladed gauntlets.I must say, I must look weird to the rest of my family if they see me trying to figure out what poses to do for the comic...
Oh, and if you're a bit confused by the last few panels, we went back in time a few minutes, so we can see what's happening with Ryu at the same time as Johnathan is fighting with masked immodest girl there.

So you were literally doing the poses yourself just to figure out how to draw them?

um, yeah, some of them! it's mainly just getting out of my seat and putting my arm in a certain way. occasionally, I need to hold my ruler up, to see how one would hold a sword in a certain way... 
but I guess I've done weirder things in the past!

Very well drawn! Oh don't worry, my family thinks I'm strange too. I grab my sister, dress her ridiculously, make her stand just like so, and draw the pose and all the clothing wrinkles XD

the only real problem I find with your fight scenes is that the panels are kinda small, and each one usually only shows 1 person in it. you need to have shots of both fighters in some, I say.

I honestly love seeing your fight scenes. The bladed gauntlets is a unique idea of a weapon. <3 The poses and angry expressions were well done. And I still really love that mask.
He's so lucky the sumo didn't decide to attack him too. o_o
Definitely can't wait to see what's going on with Ryu. Ooh boy.

heh, anyway, I actually kinda got the idea for the bladed gauntlets from those enemies in subspace emissary that are fadey black and have 2 heads and cool bladed gauntlet things. heheh!
