Well, they do look a little too big until I actually thought they were someone else's, but scaling aside, the hands are quite natural looking, and wonderfully coloured at that. It fits the dream perfectly ^^

I had the exact same thought but then I looked and now it seems like there is someone else embracing her from behind. Maybe that line slightly left of the big triangle is the outline of her shoulder.
Her with manly hands is funny though xD
