I have to say this photo looks a bit pretentious to me, the kind of a photo that's supposed to look artistic because it's "weird" (an unusual angle in this case), but isn't really particularly creative or aesthetical. The focus works well, though the depth of field could be more narrow. I think the colors are too yellowish, even if they're intentionally that way.

While the angle is quite good and I like the way you've used wood for the background (complete with the diagonal stripes) I think the camera should have been placed a little more towards the bottom of the picture. It's too bottom-heavy the way it is. I also think that it would look better if the horizonal line at the top wasn't so straight but more slanted.
