Description This is the second half of my other cartoon, Leelamy [link] .
Hell of a thing to have your head sown onto someone else's shoulder...you pretty much have to go where they go, do what they do...heck, they've got the legs. If they want to spend the day in the Galleria, you don't have much choice in the matter. These drawings are tons of fun, but they're not that easy...either the necks go up like a "Y", or their shoulders and chests are huge like Frankenstein. I bet Leela is cursing Zoidberg by now...

BTW, I pronounce her (their?!) name "Ay-meela".

Thanks! Actually, it ended up becoming a story of mine called "Come Together" www.futurama-madhouse.net/fanf… . My original intention was the two-headed thing, but I decided to have them just combine into one person named Amelia.

I think the reason I made the change was that they were two-headed and slowly turning into one person, and the final version just cut out the middleman and started off with the combined person. Pity in a way, as the original version of the story had some cute gags in it; I still have that unfinished version.

Yes...in the unfinished version, they are very tall and have two heads attached to one body.

Ameela started out as a scribble in my sketchbook that almost didn't see the light of day; I felt for a while there that it wasn't working. I'm glad now that I stuck with it.

I recently did that newer logo to go with the Corel artwork that I do. It's in the three primary colors, and sort of looks like the Yes band logo [link] .
