probably colour and ilustration i'm trying differant techniques to make my art stand out more cuz i think i'm a great artist but i can't get the colour or texture of my work to look like well a photo

It's not that complicate, just try to use diferente layers for the lineart, lights(screen), shadows(multiply) and colors. There's only one thing I didn't explain, and is how work the light and shadows on diferent objects.

Oil brush to mix colors, and hard brush for the lines or some details.
