You do realize she had taken some of those superman pills to amp herself and even then that was an outlier because Lobo just to prove that he was indestructible at one point blew his head off and it re-grew straight afterwards.

Then what stops Takeda from taking the pill too? It never specified where was the fight, which objects were allowed, etc. Leaving all of those available options ... Takeda could perfectly follow Harley Quinn’s steps on that logic

This is A random encounter and those pills wouldn't be just lying around somewhere considering how dangerous they are in somebody's hands and Lobo is too fast and too powerful for Takeda to react I mean if he's reacting to characters like Superman Wonder Woman Martian Manhunter and I don't want to hear any stuff about The injustice game and how all the characters can dodge each other and stuff that's game mechanics that wouldn't happen in this scenario.

Well ... if we're going to get cocky ... the fight from the very beginning is just unfair ... Takeda is just a human, Lobo is an alien with superpowers. It's like putting Superman to fight against Slade Wilson ... WTF. The battle itself just sounds stupid and unreliable. 

If it's not through details like the ones mentioned above ... Takeda, Harley Quinn and any other human would lose physically; unless he makes use of technology, pill, weapons, etc 
It's not even a good battle when you already know the result for obvious implications. As I said ... it's barely a good fight.

 I agree and I wasn't being cocky about it sorry if I came off like that it would be interesting to have them take the pills and see what would happen next.

True. Still I think Takeda might be in disadvantage because Lobo is very old and experinced afer all, Takeda continues to be a teen.
Experince counts a lot in combat, so even if both were tied in strenght and endurance ... Lobo is more tricky, experinced, treacherous and malicious

Something truly fair would be to give Hanzo Hasashi the pill ... that way: both old and both experienced could put Lobo on the brook of the abism ... as Hanzo Hasashi also knows a lot of melee weapon handling and martial arts.

 I think it would be a pretty cool matchup although I still think Lobo would win because of his regeneration he's overall experience like you said and the fact that he can figure out anybody's weakness by just looking at them which is pretty crazy i'm honestly glad that this wasn't new 52 Lobo. *shutters*
