Hello:
 This is the best anthro Dolphin design I have seen, I totally like the added fins to the forearms .

 About the feet, I think is the hardest part to add to the concept, since I also want to make an anthro Dolphin race for my setting/world, so I was thinking to adapt the Rodhocetus's hind legs to the design, but they are not that different to what you already made.

 Keep it up with the great work!
