This was a request by johnrose. He asked for me to have Hook hold Penny upside down on his hook. I knew what he was talking about. XDAnd so I made this. It looks like Hook is holding Penny by her underwear which of course results in her shirt rising up... or down... and revealing her belly like SMee. XD
