This was done for Jai-Ti's contest. I used the two starters, Reburnix and Ishikaba. Ishikaba using rain dance, and Reburnix using weather ball along side with its drought ability. My theme was spring, i had intended on doing a flower field for the background but it was to difficult for me honestly. I almost photo shopped a Pokemon background in, but a friend pointed out it wouldn't be all my work if i did that. I do think it will be nicer looking with that type of background so ill be posting a second one with that type of background. Jai-Ti- thank-you for waiting for me to get this uploaded! I hope i will get to do another picture!
