I'm trying to guess what references you used... It reminds me of something about Metal Gear Solid.

Race: White (Tan)
Body Type: Athletic (Think of Rogue from X-Men)
Hair: Long black, a thin blue and thin purple stripe.
Eyes: Pure white. (She's blind.)Regardless, she's very beautiful.
Power: All her senses are in over drive. 50 times more powerful then Wolverines. She's very agile and knows every martial art taught due to her powers (ninja). She fights with a Sai blade mostly. The sai has a large ruby near the grip. She can change any object into a weapon if she chooses.
Clothes: Her fighting clothes are fairly sexy. She usually wears a blue long sleeve low cut, cut off shirt. Tight. Shows cleavage. Blue bikini bottom that connects to her blue thigh high, high heeled leather boots by a couple of metal hoops. She has a silver navel ring and chain. Her necklace matches the hoop links that connect her boots to bikini bottom. She wears a glove on one hand, fingers cut out that has a curved spike (X-23) on it. It has a ruby on the glove.
