Arig the gardener again. (Remember him ?) Sketched on paper, retraced on another sheet and coloured with watercolour pencils. I'm still working on creating different shades, 3D feel and shadows...The Neverhood © Doug TenNapel

I can finally sit down and comment on this.
The colouring in here is amazing. You put so much work into every shade, texture and detail. On thumbnail it loks almost like a 3D render.
I also love the composition and how natural it all looks like. There's nothing off in here. Everything seems perfect :]

I get the impression that you have no problems with anything. You can do perfect pictures in watercolors, markers, paint..I'm jelly now. Maybe in the future we'll see your picture made in promarkers?..That would be brilliant!

All I can say in my defence is that their personalities are completely different from the witches, and that the distribution of their powers and origin isn't the same either. They are five souls created by Quater out of water, air, earth, fire and invisible forces that keep the world moving. There is a sixth one called Klaya to unite them. She is their mother.

When I saw it in my dAWATCH, I thought it's a sculpture. I didn't believe my eyes when I saw it closer. Your 3D effect is so realistic!
