Description
One last detail before this family is ready to be presented. The baby has something on his nose, see?FΓ«anor and Nerdanel's family, worthy of pride: Maedhros, Maglor, Celegorm and Caranthir who is not amused by the fussing of his mother.
But once Caranthir's been tidied up the royal family is ready. For whatever ceremony they are heading to.
Though, what if Caranthir can't be tidied up? Maybe Caranthir's face just happens to be naturally a bit red? )

Haha, I don't think it's that big of a deal... When daddy went to visit Uncle FΓ«anor, he hadn't bothered to clean up his forge before we came. In fact, he didn't even take off his smith's apron while we were there, saying there was no way he'd bother just for something like visitors... (then mum covered my ears so that I wouldn't hear the adjectives used).

This is one of the cutes family moment pictures I've ever seen! I love all the expressions and the details, how Maedhros seems all proper, how Feanor smiles down at Caranthir and how Celegorm is totally side-tracked by wildlife! XD Great work!

Poor thing. XD Aww, little Fingon was probably very sweet and that's how they became friends. Or then he was annoying and just grew on Maedhros who always had to babysit him. :3

It's hard to be the oldest brother with six siblings. XD I guess little Fingon was a very persistent little pest and being surrounded by so many noisy children Maedhros just gave up after some time. And then Fingon grew up and became sweeter. XD Finwe's castle must have been one hell of a place. XDD

That's probably the way the strange bonds of friendship bonds formed; you know with Maedhros, Maglor and the others, with Celegorm and Aredhel and (according to HoME) Celegorm and Curufin with Angrod and Aegnor... They just forgot who wasn't on their side. XP

Haha, indeed, it would get confusing after a while, having more than a dozen kids crawling around (and making noise)... I guess they just didn't care. Aside from Caranthir maybe, he seems to have a general problem with loud/stupid people, so he would have just hidden somewhere. XD

Sounds like a kids' birthdayparty with too many guests. The grand-children of FinwΓ« - the terror of the neighbourhood. 
That's how Caranthir learnt to continue his dislike of the Finarfinians especially... he hid in a closet. XD

Oh yes. Tirion must have been peaceful otherwise, but those rowdy FinwΓ«ans were the reason they had to have streetguards. Because everyone knew "talking to their parents" would help nowhere as they had problems of their own...
Judging by Caranthir's temper, maybe the Finarfinians eventually learnt to avoid him if they could.

Lol, hell no, talking to the parents would lead to even more issues, as they'd just start blaming each other! XD
Poor Caranthir just couldn't take all the madness anymore and quarreled with everyone until they left him in peace. Then he sure felt quite proud of himself. XD
