works.. clothing is quite out of character with the meadow.. frontal blur even tho I dont like how it was probabaly achieved.. works.. great use of model in location

And how do you think the frontal blur was achieved? 
Also, I don't think there is such thing as out of character clothing with meadows. At least i haven't seen signposts stating what the proper meadow dresscode is

As fot the frontal blur, it's not digital, if that's what you thought. It's lensbaby - selective focus lens. Nice toy, a little hard to control, but can give you quite nice effects once you get used to it

Dude, you are tuckering me out here.
ANOTHER great image that you've managed to produce.
I really am drawn to the "whoosh" effect that you've done with regard to the areas to the left and the right of the model Kama, in addition to the effect going from:
1. A mid blur in the background.
2. To a crisper touch around her (hence an almost silkscreened effect of her coat - i.e. the very sharp delianation of collar and the line / sweep of the remainder of the coat as it trails off to the lower right side of the image).
3. And then, the blur / rushing effect returns in the foreground to literally "pool" around her lower legs and boots.
A very nice effect indeed. Leaves me as a viewer with the feeling akin to viewing a roiling stream as it encounters a permanent non-moveable object (such as a boulder or post submerged within its path) and how the current morphs around said object to continue onward.
The red (almost cranberry coloured) flowers [leaves?] really accentuate that rush or movement. Coupled with the dark blue of the model's jacket, the red becomes even more pronounced.
The final nice touch is that the model's boots, remain in harmony with the red colour of the flowers in the field. Very nice balance here.
Goes from:
Rust colour (horizon line background)
to
Red colour (upper third of the image)
to
Blue (coat)
to
Wheat colour (model's dress) to thereby blend in with the wheat colour of the lower third of the image
to
Red (model's boots)
to
Purply - black and reddish tones along the base of the image.
Everything works in this one. Very nice. Very interesting. I do like it indeed.
