Personality: Unlike Quake, his brutal and serious partner, Elasta-Boy is quite the opposite. He tends to be very goofy, likes to toy with his opponents, crack jokes while he is battling, and does not take fighting as seriously as Quake.

Biography: Not much is known about Elasta-Boy’s life before he joined up with Epsilon. Unlike his partner, Elasta-Boy doesn’t seem to really seem to have a reason for joining Epsilon, but he does enjoy the perks of feeling like he is part of something important.

Hobbies: Laughing, goofing around, having the ability to change his body mass and height, toying around with his opponents, being acknowledge by crowds of people, and talking to women.

Dislikes: Elasta-Boy does not particularly have a grudge against anyone.

Powers: Being that Elasta-Boy is a rank C mutant, he has extraordinary powers. With the power of elasticity, Elasta-Boy can do the following: he can change his body mass at will, change his height at will, and elongate any part of his body. He is also impervious to melee attacks and other extreme impacts (since his rubbery body can just absorb that attacks or bounce back the attacks), most elemental attacks (except for a few), and he can regenerate fallen limbs since his body is made from a rubbery substance.

Weakness: He is susceptible to extreme amounts of heat & coldness
