What a mysterious balcony like view.
The knives...no, daggers...no, sword...?
The blades do a weird thing with perspective and depth to me, but maybe it's just me, and I didn't say it was bad.....but then again I didn't say good....?
IDK, honestly, but I love the colors, which are also mysterious because of the spine like structure...well, to me.
I guess I like it though.Β

Once upon a time there were two angels who where best friends. Their souls resonated as if they were one, and they lived together in happiness. But one day, a tiny thought was planted into the mind of one of the angels. This thought grew and grew until it became an obsession. Finally thought became too much for the angel to bear, and in madness, attacked her best friend. The other angel, confused and concerned for her friend chose only to block the attacks instead of fighting back, however she couldn't keep it up and before long her former friend knocked her out.
As the defeated angel began to fall, the maddened angel suddenly snapped out of her insanity. She rushed down and caught her friend before she fell out of heaven. She brought her friend back up to a battle scarred pathway. She was distraught by the pain she had inflicted on her friend, and attempted to use her holy power to heal her faster. But it wouldn't work. It was too late. She had already sinned and thus forfeit her innocence and holy power. She wept out loud as the feathers on her wings began to disintegrate, and horns began to sprout from her head. She held her unconscious friend close to her as her hands began to mutate. She knew that these would be their last moments together, and she also knew, there was nothing she could do about it.
Then a voice spoke to the angel. It shook the ground beneath her, but was not scary. Instead it was gentle and soothing, and the angel knew that this would be the last time she heard that holy voice too. "My child, my child. You know what you have done, and you know too, the consequences of your actions." The angel looked up toward where the voice was coming from, with tears streaming from her eyes, and nodded her head. "Then, there is nothing else for me to say. I am sorry, little one."
As her feathers fell away faster and faster, she called out to the voice, " Please Lord, grant me one last request." She lifted up her friend. "Please, she will be devastated by my fall. So, please.... erase her memories of me so that she will not have to feel the pain of loosing her friend."
The voice was silent for a moment before finally saying, with a deep sadness, " Very well, I will grant you this last request." He took the unconscious angel in his arms as the ground beneath the, now featherless, angel gave way.
"...Thank you," She said as the last bit of earth gave way beneath her, and then she fell...
At least that's what I got from it.

Nah, It might make a good flashback, the actual story would span the time leading up to the war between the demons and angels, up to their reunion in which their situation becomes reversed, causing the angels memories to resurface just as she deals the finishing blow to her former friend.
