This is the Turquoise Center here in Houston, built as a community center for the Turkish and Eurasian communities in this area. They have big ballrooms and conference halls, as well as exhibit halls, inside. The internal architecture is really pretty too, but I wasn't able to get any pictures because the day I went there was a festival, and it was really crowded!
