I was listening to Russia's new character CD. There is this awesome song called "Winter". IT'S FREAKING EPIC! I was listening to it the whole time I was drawing this! It's just that awesome...That's Ivan from Hetalia. And for why he has a T-shirt on, I have no idea. I wasn't thinking about anything when I drew this (other than the song, of course). The black thing is oil/pain(t)/whatever. Your choice.
