One of the main reasons why I was so busy at the latter half of the 2019 was because I was getting sick every few weeks and that I was organizing a huge project with 41 other people called the OCs in Color Wheel Project .

I got E4 Electric Indigo (color of the nails) which was mostly blueish indigo, and although the original plan was to draw the twins Bel and Del because of their jacket colors, I said in my own rule to only draw one OC per art so... I said I'd draw just Bel instead. But scrap that and I changed my mind again, had a WIP that never came to be, and thus having a draft-final scrapped work Gravity , which was nowhere near indigo enough and that I wanted it to be a profile instead of a fullbody art to focus on details.

I don't know why I chose Echo in this, when he's just magenta and greens and browns and there's literally no blue in his main design, but all I could recall was trying to achieve a cyberpunk theme which again never happened lmao

Basically none of my plans did ever happen but I'm still happy with the outcome, minus the stupid mistake of the number of teeth between the fangs which I just realized after completing the work ;A;

He's my OC Echo, but is currently Koe because he has a dual personality which can be triggered by removing his headset. Echo is timid, while Koe is obviously the chaos in this body.
