Description She's a mystery to me,
I can't seem to figure her out.
She's not the girl I remember,
She's changed the way she is.
She's been different ever since her daddy left the clan,
He left them all at home, so he could go to work near Afghan.
He'll be comin' home later in the year,
He's off on a work assignment,
They all said goodbye as they all shed a tear.
Her clothes are different,
Her personalities changin' always fluctuatin'.
She's goin' for that punk wannabe look.
I'm not complaining I'm not asking for anything,
I like that new look of hers,
I know she's just tryin' to find herself.
I hoped she'd let me back in,
I had my chance,
I threw it away.
I've made a mistake,
But haven't we all,
So I'm tryin' to fix it.
Trying to set things right,
I'm hoping for a second chance.
I might not deserve it,
But we all need to try and trust one another.
Giving second chances is what God's all about,
He told us to respect our mother,
Respect our father.
She tries to follow those rules,
But all we can do is try our best.
No ones perfect,
But I think she is.
In my eyes she can walk on water,
No one compares to her.
No one will ever replace her,
There's no way I could ever forget her,
Let alone let anyone replace her in my heart.
I hope what's happening is her lettin' me back in,
I hope she's not just out for revenge,
I hope that she's not that vindictive.
I'll always be there for here in the end,
Because she's just that addictive.
