ASHURI FACTS
• WHAT ARE ASHURIS?
Ashuris are mythical creatures that were cursed by the god of death due to the dark past of their ancestors. They take on the form of humans with animal characteristics. The most notable traits of an Ashuri are the soul-like flames on their ears, the floating flame above their tails, the curse mark on their bodies and their weapons. Because of the curse, Ashuris' lifespans are very short, so in order to lengthen their lifespan they have to either battle each other for life essence or share it between one another. Ashuris reside on earth alongside humans and other mythical creatures. They live, eat and socialize like any other human would. They even appear human to human eyes (thanks to their magic). Some will even hold human jobs in order to better integrate themselves into the human community.
