Description Well, here's the real thing too. My mum's Christmas present. Yep, it looks quite different to the actual design I had, but it shows that even if I don't follow it, it's better than attacking the canvas with paint and paintbrushes before I have any idea what I want to do
In my defence, there were 3 stages - the general shapes and colours, the gradients and neatening the edges and finally doing the splatters on top. Once I finished Stage 2, I realised I quite liked it how it is and got worried splatters might make it worse.
My mum agreed and she said she prefers this to the design anyway
Edit: Finally got round to getting a better quality version of picture uploaded

Ah, no, I wish it was but it has nothing to do with it. Copied the colour scheme off another picture, but it's basically just lots of nice bright colours
my art final is a bunch of tablets and newspaper articles discussing different parts of islam and islamophobia in the high middle ages and nowadays. With some plaster fossils of different sculptures, all in a pile, sort of like a bomb site, ish.

That sounds awesome! I really want to see it now...
When are you going to bring it into school?

I can bring it next art lesson if you want? Makes me feel like I've done something productive this holiday art-wise
