Now that Dessa has left Havir, Angus' feeling of loss started to simply turn into numb acceptance.
At this point, he believes it's pointless to fight against whatever curse is upon his family, and is just waiting for his father and remaining brother and sisters to also slip away.

But he serves his pack, nonetheless, day by day.
