Anyway, I usually use Copic opaque white for the white dots but recently I found a nice white gel pen which gives almost the same effect as Copic but a bit difficult to draw over the painted area.
Hahaha! I've already used that method before. Liquid paper works well too, just a bit stinky...

I see. I got this white gel pen from a small local store here. The brand is "Hybrid Gel Grip K118 from Pentel (Japan)". It is cheaper than Copic opaque white.
