Simplicity is lost anymore. I mean hell! look at DA's Favorites. I still don't do too well with such because of my concept awareness/mockery like stuff. Yes, this is a pleasant change. <3

Oh this is lovely. The shading is superb. the idea is wonderful and the execution is flawless. I really love how you only used the red in the hearts. Just gorgeous.

Oh yeah, less is defintely more. This is very nice, reminds me of the hugs picture. I love how they sorta flow together. And the three color scheme works really well. Just one question...why does he/she only have one wing??

Wonderful flow here. The curves and angles work wonderfully with eachother.
Another thing I really like about this is the contrast of the dark lineart with the soft, light coloring 
The only beef I have with this, is the little sketchy gray thing on the right there. It's a bit distracting...I might think of editing that out if I was you *shrug*. Of course that's only a minor thing, nothin' to worry about too much ~_^
