This is originally inked by TMJP. I really like this image. It took me about 5-6 hours to color.The reason I like this image is because it really does look like a well even match between both teams. If this fight really did happen than of course the good guys would win, but if it was out of the realm where heroes always win that would be a different story. For the two on the bottom we got Omega Red and Captain America. These are both super soldiers one from America and the other from Russia. I honestly think Omega Red is stronger and his tentacles give him a Dock Ock advantage. Captain America has better fighting skills is all I can think of that he has advantage of. The middle is Venom and Wolverine. They are both animals. What a vicious fight it would be. I think this is Eddie Brock. I really don't like Gargan that much as Venom. I think they need to bring Eddie Brock back. I hate what Spider-man 3 movie has portrayed him as. Other than the movie Venom is tight. Wolverine is also one of the toughest around with his knowledge of multiple fighting styles and the healing factor makes him a hard opponent to defeat. I have no guess to who would win. I could go either way. I know there was a comic where all the marvel heroes tried to hunt down Venom one at a time and Wolverine was one of them who tried to beat him. He got defeated, but I don't know how it ended. On the top we got the two biggest, baddest, and strongest guys in the marvel universe. I already know who would win. Hulk would win hands down. He's got limitless strength also he is more aggressive and vicious fighter than Juggernaut.

Uh, isn't Baron Zemo basically a Super Soldier? And (Red Skull aside) one if Cap's Greatest foes? I think it'd be a bit more fair to have him against Cap and Wolverine against Omega Red (Hulk vs. Omega Red was in it and seemed to be more of a match for Wolverine than cap) I agree on the Hulk and Juggs bit. Hulk is the strongest there is. If you get the helmet off of juggs then hit him in the head, there. Done. EPIC pic though. Brock Venom for the win.

Venom would rip Wolverine in half. He might have trouble with the Adamantium bones, but he'd tear the meat off of him.
Wolverine isn't even super strong as far as I know. Venom has done some pretty epic lifting, so I think he would win. Scratch that. I KNOW HE WOULD.

Then he would have long since torn Spidey in half would he not? Wolverine may not be as strong, but he's faster than Venom and equally aggressive and animal-like. Venom may be violent and powerful, but he's also blind with rage, big, ingainly and clumsy.

And Venom fights wolverine in ultimate marvel. And wins. Maybe the specs are slightly different in ultimate but the powers are basically the same.

then again i did play web of shadows and venom spiderman does rip wolverine in half. so the fight could end pretty quick but wolverine would come back for a second helping one day.

Spiderman is way faster then eddy brock/ venom and venom is only about 7x stronger then spiderman (spierman can lift about 10 tons and venom can lift about 70 tons ...give or take a bit. ) wolverine is made to take damage , ripping him in half will not even come close to killing him. also don't forget if the host body dies venom becomes weak. (as he did in marvel zombies) so wolverine could kill eddy brock without killing venom . that and the fact that he knows venom's weakness. however im not saying logan would win for sure.

In Ultimate, green goblin is a giant demon, and Venom is an unstoppable monster that eats people. "A little different" isn't exactly how I'd put it.

Specs for Venom specifically. Ultimate Green Goblin has no right to exist in my opinion so I don't acknowledge him.
But Venom's abilities remain relatively similar. Weaknesses are shifted however, and so is his origin story. However he displays the same superpowers. Similar levels of strength, his tentacle powers, web-slinging and all that is still as is.
Not to mention if Venom can subdue Juggernaut then he can subdue wolverine.

Y'know what, Arguing over who would win in a fight between two fictional characters is stupid. Let's agree to disagree shall we? I think Wolverine would probably lose in a fight with ultimate venom as he is enormous and I hold my belief that regular venom would probably lose a fight with regular Wolverine. Problem solved.

Ok. Omega would win. Cap has no superpowers... and I hate the character, hehe. Vennie would win. In the Venom: Run series, a clone of the symbiote fought Wolvie and he was little more than annoyed by Wolverine's continuous slashing. And Eddie is sly, maybe not the smartest, but he's sly. And... well, Juggernaut hasn't been able to beat Hulk. So that leaves Venom and Omega Red tired after their battles to go against the Hulk... so I would say that in the end, good guys win, but only because they have a nigh invincible character.

Hmmm... we're still talking about regular 616 Cap here, right? Agreed, he's a great tactician, a superb athlete and whatnot, but I find extremely difficult to believe he can take some of those enemies. Especially if we consider that here he's paired against someone who's kept up with Wolverine for HOURS.
Now, if we were talking about the Ultimate Captain, well, he's one badass specimen and a true Super Soldier. And he would definitely pretty much curbstomp Omega.

Well, Cap was able to take down the Sleeper, which in case you didn't know, was more than capable of destroying the entire WORLD.
And I'm basically talking about Captain America in GENERAL. Whether it's 616 or Ultimate, I'm sure he can take on any foe.

Hye. Loving the picture. Im a huge fan of Venom and I totaly agree with you that the way they showed Venom in the movie totally sucked. I think they should have picked an actor who was more bulky. During the film he doesnt refer to himself in plural either. But anyways, whats the name of the comic where Super Heroes try to hunt down Venom one by one? I like the sound of it and im very interested. Please, someone reply with an answer

Aweseome matches. And awesome picture. Omega Red might just barely get a victory over Captain America because he has a healing factor,he's superstrong and durable and he's the result of Russia's attempt at creating a supersoldier like Captain America. And on top of that he's got the Carbonadium tentacles which are almost as tough as adamantium,the stuff Wolverine's skeleton is coated with and Cap's shield is made of, and he has the ability to give out toxic pheremones that weaken or kill humans in the vicinity, th eonly weakness is that it weakens Omega too. Cap has an enhanced physiology so it might take a little while for him to succumb to the pheremones, though. And on top of all that he's a good fighter that lasted for HOURS in a fight against Wolverine and he's fought the X-Men a bunch of times.
Wolverine and Venom is a little harder to call. I'll assume this is the Eddie Brock Venom and not Gargan since you said something about the Spidey 3 movie.Venom is totally vicious, but then again so is Wolverine when goes nuts. Venom is really durable and resistant to physical attacks and since the syimbiote enhances Eddies impressive natural strength he's stronger than Wolverine. I think I remember him trading with Juggernaut before. Wolverine's more experienced and a master fighter because he's been around so long. Not to mention the whole adamantium claws,healing factor, and berserker attitude. In a no-holds barred match I'd have to give the advantage to Venom. Hulk and Juggernaut is no contest,though. The Hulk is too strong even for Juggernaut. And he's already proved himself against some of the most powerful people and best fighters in the Marvel Universe. Wolverine, the Avengers, Thor, Namor,Iron-Man, the Thing, Iron-Man, and Wonder-Man.

I don't know...I thought Venom was awesome in the movie. My only complaint is that Eddie Brock and Venom should had more screen time than Sandman, who needed to die in the sewers. Of course, you can blame that on Sam Raimi, who hated Venom for his "lack of humanity".
I've read a few Venom comics and Venom can really whip the tar out of Wolverine and vice-versa. Of course all Venom needs to do is infest on to Wolverine and the game's up.
