I pulled a 5hr straight to draw this piece ^^ This has to be by far my favourite artwork and I was able to really find a shading style that I love. This one is the most resolved painting I've done and I've also uploaded an UPDATED speedpaint here: youtu.be/TyKc_nzNCb4

I'm currently rendering a HD version of the video to add a voice over commentary and tutorial so let me know in the comments if you'd like that! (since I don't want to spend hours editing and recording and have no one watch it ORZ)

I'm only halfway through Madoka and stopped because of school but I really love the character designs and maybe I'll keep watching after my long list of artworks to do ^^ I was listening to "Spring Time" by yiruma which is also the BG music of the video on repeat for the whole 5hrs and it really helped me put the mood in the piece~ (I can't draw if the music isn't suiting the artwork ; w ; ) Learnt heaps about patience and I think from now on I'll be doing more paintings
