Description
The "chemin des bornes" used to mark the border between the possessions of the Duke of Lorraine and those of the Counts of Hanau-Lichtenberg, in the northwest of Alsace. It is a very pleasant walk, in the heart of a beautiful forest. Especially in spring, like here, or in autumn.
I enjoy photographing the young soft green foliage against the light, in an opposition between the very dark trunks and the leaves at the limit of the High-key. Please view the photo in full screen to appreciate the details and subtlety.
