Give me credit for the design. Personality, name, gender, etc, is up to you.
You may not resell, gift, rehome, or otherwise give away, etc this horse without my permission. If you no longer want it, contact me. I will buy it back, or give you permission to resell it. In other words, if you decide to resell this horse, I reserve the right to "first dibs" on purchasing it.
I reserve the right to 1 free breeding upon request.
The horse must have the WBS prefix in front of their show name (your prefix may not be included in this case), and may be named whatever you would like, however I do prefer that the sire and dams name are somehow mixed in.
These designs will partake in WBS Activity Checks . That means that they must be drawn once every 3 months (head shot, full body, etc, doesn't matter) until 3 images are drawn (that includes their reference image if it is drawn by you. Colored linearts and art not done by you does not count towards the activity checks).
This horses reference is due one week after purchase (I will provide a date). Likewise, this horses WD Rank image is due on the same date, and must be submitted to the WD for evaluation promptly.
Failure to comply to my rules will result in a reclaim of the horse. Refund of payment (if you purchased with points) will be provided upon reclaim.
