OH MY GOD!!!!!
Something that isn't CHibi ROyalle. LOL!!! Yes breathe a sigh of relief, because I know am. We interuppt the chibi proceedings with this coloured piece of art...drawn by the most excellent , who kindly let me try out a differnet style.
I don't really try a painted style with Photoshop as I don't feel confident enough, but tonight I said fuck it, and gave it a go with Street FIghter Alpha and Labyrinth playing in the bg
Wish someone had warned me how boring SF Alpha was...very pretty but....urgh. Very pretty animation though.So yeah, this is the dude, Leonardo. Crossing my fingers to see more turtle art from Mr Scoundreldaze

I would watch that cartoon endlessly back in the
day. Good times, much as this is some good coloring
by you. ( Side note: Street fighter is all fine and good,
but for old-school fun I prefer Streets Of Rage. )

Maaan, that colour job is amazing! OoO It almost looks like every line was smeared; it suits the character very well, especially with the thick lineart.

A friend of mine is really big on 2D fighters and other such retro games... I know that he loves Marvel Vs Capcom. I think he pretty much has the entire Street Fighter series... XD!

theres something about it I dont like. Im not sure what it is though. I think some more texture to the skin would have looked nicer and suited the lines more. I think its a mixture of both.
Its nice to see you trying new things. Darnit colour more peoples work! Im acutally trying freehand shit now :scared: its horribly hard for me with a bad wrist 
But wait... I think its the background. Trying him with a lighter background, the lines wont fade into the background. I think thats what's putting me off acutally. If you look about his foremost leg on the back, its like there isnt a line there
