My Human Sans AU:
Sans suffers from a heart disease,
he constantly gets sick and can't breath right so he needs to use a tube to provide oxygen.
Every year or so, he goes to a hospital to get his oxygen tank filled up.Ā 
Even though he goes through all of this,
he still tries his best to live life by running his own hotdog stand, dating, etc.
