Description I saw a girl with dice in her hair and I kinda liked it..and it just seemed to fit here..
and I have no clue what I did with that BG..just random stuff to fill in the space...

I love the little froggie with the pink mowhawk..I put him in as kinda an after-thought.....Froggie
