Description
The tricky part of this picture was parking the car then walking back to the bridge. Speed was 55, and that was mostly a recommendation, on this curving State Road on the outskirts of Hartsville. The bridge narrowed the road with only a few feet for the shoulder. Once in position by moving inches to either side I could frame the autumn colors over the creek to the best advantage. The polarizing filter increased the color contrast, and controlled the shade of the water.

Once past it is only a short distance to the small town, possessing a post office and gas station. I call it 30 mileville as the speeds posted dramatically slowed me down, to return back to 55 once outside the jurisdiction.
