Here's one that I let slip through the cracks. I originally sketched this out long ago then promptly forgot about it as the holidays and work took over. Nothing terribly special about it, and certainly not a unique image, but there's some nice bits to it when you look at it up close.

Still, it gives us a chance to talk about Season Four so far... How is it working for all of you? Personally, I'm enjoying it quite a bit, although I don't know if there's any episode I've completely fallen in love with yet. I'm really enjoying the extended subplots with the mysterious box and missing keys, the refurbishing of the old castle, as well as the upcoming Equestrian Games. I'm also quite impressed by the wider world of this season, as stories routinely take the characters well beyond Ponyville. In fact, they've done that so much that I'm actually missing the old stomping grounds... Ponyville itself has been such a rare sight through the first half of the season that I'm going to feel a sense of nostalgia when they finally spend an entire episode there again.

And of course there have been a lot of great new designs and characters, with surely more to come. I'm just getting around to posting art from the premiere... I have a lot of catching up to do.
