Oh that is so cool to hear. MtG has some incredible artwork in it and I aspire to get on that rendering level one day. I definitely had a blast with the colors here

Ahhh it really does! The artwork is one of my favorite aspects of the game. That'd be rad if you could start doing artwork for WotC. I think you could get there. There's so many artists who do art for them here on DA. You might want to go find some of the MTG groups and follow those artists.

Thank you, it makes me smile that you took note of these things.

I still have a long way to go, but it is definitely nice to just create shapes with fun colors. At the beginning I wasn't sure where this piece was going, but I'm so glad the results please the eye!

Yes! Such a lovely piece to look at, and so much depth. Some pieces just kind of evolve like that that, don't they? But as long as you're enjoying it and having fun, I think that's the most important part because that feeling behind it shows through.

Thank you I'm so happy to hear that!

This piece had a relatively simple base idea: a dragon holding their necklace. It is funny once you get some lighting and color going, the picture starts to have a story to tell. I really enjoyed bringing out the contrast here.

I suppose the cold weather outside affected me in painting this as well
