idk lol. playing with SAI some more and I still can't figure out those brushes/markers/water(color)s/whatevers -sigh-
anyway, Sawada Shin from Gokusen (the drama vers., not the manga/anime) ...I didn't really try making it look like Matsujun cus I lazy u 0u

I like to abuse the brush (at a custom setting) && marker tool. And bright colors.

If you put the brush tool to 100% density (both), you can get some nice dark blends.(:
