I love this costume. It was my first attempt to design something on my own based loosely on an image and I am still surprised at how well it turned out. Especially with how crazy it drove my poor friends and I during its creation(we coined the term costume hell for this one).Everything in the costume is made by me including the wings of doom(which will be re-made to save my back :-P)

I desperately want to know how to make wings like that... 0.o; My friend and I have been trying to find good wings, but I've given up on looking and have been trying to design my own. Any tips?

Well one thing I would suggest is not to use straps if U are making them this big, they dig into your shoulders like crazy.
The best method I've seen(which I;m goin to use on my next set) is to use two plasic tubes mounted to a plate that will go into a corset. U then get two plastic rods that fit in said tube, use a heatgun to bend them into a desired shape and then build the wings around those. Then the wings just slide into and out of the tubes.
