If someone doesn't support homosexuality I'm going to immediately feel unsafe and uncomfortable around them. People not supporting same-gender sexualities are the people who put us in danger, who make us targets for hatred and bigotry. If someone's going to treat/view me differently for being in a same-sex relationship, then I'm going to avoid them like the plague.

sorry i think straight people are gross because in the bible it created adam and steve, not adam and eve. god gave us the gift of being gay and by being straight goes against god's wishes. you must repent for being a heterosexual or you will succumb to the fires of hell for your sin. ill send a prayer to the lord and saviour the son of our god jesus christ to rid of your sin.Β Β Β

um no, they really aren't
also i'm sorry, since when was being gay officially a "trait somebody is born with"?? that's not even remotely possible, it's like saying someone was born transgender, yeah nah
also yeah, they CAN, if there was no reason to be against homosexuality then nobody would be against it in the first place, sorry that you seem to find the truth stupid, but the truth definitely does go to punch you where it hurts
and as a matter of fact, i don't see whats there to bring up about somebody's gender or race when this little topic we're talking about is homosexuality
people have many beliefs and not everyone is gonna come off the same way as you do, because policing people's thoughts and what they feel is just, well idk, pathetic! they're allowed to be against homosexuality and it sure be damned to be a good reason, and it wouldn't be because "cuz it's a sin XDD"

Are you suggesting that people choose to be gay or trans? Because that's not true in the slightest. People don't choose to be gay or straight.
There are reasons, but they are very stupid and rooted in outdated religious beliefs.
Because you're born with a certain gender, sexuality, or race, and some people hate others just for having that specific trait.
Again, no good reason to be against homosexuality. And you're the one trying to police my thoughts by saying I shouldn't complain about this, you hypocrite.
π: 0 β©: 1
Desiray101 In reply to FluffyKyubey42 [2018-02-23 19:53:10 +0000 UTC]
please point out where i said that people can choose to be gay/trans because i never said that
that's a hasty generalization you're pulling, because apparently what YOU'VE seen coming out from other homophobes are often kinds of reasons that you portray them to be which are being "stupid and rooted" so therefore you assume that every homophobe has the same excuse they pull when they're being against what they're being against
you say that it's not a choice yet you say you can be born gay or whatever sort of "gender" that pops up into your mind. some people hate others for having what trait? being gay?? since when was it a trait, please explain to me as i'm genuinely confused with what you're trying to word out
and again, no good reason to scold out other people for simply stating out their thoughts. not a hypocrite, just stating how oblivious you make yourself look. yikes

"since when was being gay officially a "trait somebody is born with"?? that's not even remotely possible, it's like saying someone was born transgender, yeah nah"
Implying that being gay or trans is a choice.
That's pretty much the only argument most homophobes have. I've yet to see any decent argument against homosexuality that doesn't have to do with religion or just it "being icky."
"you say that it's not a choice yet you say you can be born gay or whatever sort of "gender" that pops up into your mind." I'm genuinely confused as to where you're going with this. If you're born with something, you didn't choose to have that. It's like being born black or being born white. You can't choose your skin color, you're born with it. And genders don't just "pop into people's minds." Gender dysphoria is a very real condition where a person feels their biology and the gender they perceive themselves as don't match up.
Do you seriously not know what traits are? Fine.
trait
trΔt/
noun
a distinguishing quality or characteristic, typically one belonging to a person.
"he was a letter-of-the-law man, a common trait among coaches"
synonyms:characteristic,Β attribute,Β feature,Β quality,Β property;Β More
Next time, look at a dictionary.
Freedom of speech, man. I can call out stupid crap if I see it and you can't stop me.

Desiray101 In reply to FluffyKyubey42 [2018-02-23 21:08:12 +0000 UTC]
so me saying that being born gay/trans isn't remotely possible automatically instates that i think being gay/trans is a choice? again, i'm sorry but twisting other peoples words isn't really gonna help out on your part
if that's the "only argument most homophobes have" then you must of debated with "those types of homophobes", whether you haven't came across a civilized person who's only against homosexuality and doesn't mean no harm towards anyone whatsoever, but being hostile over what somebody says as a inference of them disagreeing with being gay, then that's really not their fault now, is it?
once again, being gay is not a trait, it's not what sums you up as a person as it is with being what you identify as, or what color your skin is, since being gay is a preference and is a preference you can't be born with?? you can't choose to be gay either?? and why are you acting as if i don't know what a trait is, whilst you're the one thinking you can be born gay LOOL
>Next time, look at a dictionary.

also have you even read the own definition you displayed in your comment.........

Hey, I'm just making inferences based on what you said.
Let me ask you something. What do you consider to be a "good argument" against homosexuality? What argument against somebody simply loving someone of the same sex could you possibly come up with and consider "good"? I can wait all day.
If you think you can't be born gay, then how do people become gay according to your shriveled little mind? And according to your logic, people aren't born straight either.
You're pretty funny too. It's not every day I come across people who gloat about their spouses being dead and admitting to being a slut.
You first, pally.

Desiray101 In reply to FluffyKyubey42 [2018-02-23 21:24:07 +0000 UTC]
well newsflash, if people find homosexuality to be "unnatural" then it's perfectly accurate, you don't see adam and steve roaming around here now do you?
"then how do people become gay according to your shriveled little mind" are you legit asking me how people BECOME gay? it's pretty self-explanatory, they discover through their sexual preference and find out themselves, but heck! certainly not being born gay! golly gee, who told you that? and no dip sherlock, you can't be born straight either, like i said, you overcome a phase where you'd want to explore and be aware of whom you may be attracted to. boys, girls, or even both
bruh, i hope that you're joking, i was too haha
edit:
>tatoos
lol k
sure you can't "change" your sexual orientation, but you sure wouldn't categorize it as a "trait you're born with" maybe reread through what i said to you regarding of the sexual preference bit if your little 12 year old mind could process it
but whatever boo, great conversation, so far by blocking me, by default, i stand correct, have a nice week if you could last that longΒ Β

FluffyKyubey42 In reply to Desiray101 [2018-02-23 21:40:58 +0000 UTC]
You know what's also "unnatural"? Makeup, processed foods, the Internet, tatoos basically everything we do in our lives is "unnatural". Not a good argument, try again. Also, homosexuality has been found in several animal species, so yes, it's natural.
And how does that sexual preference appear in the first place? Is there some magical fairy that taps our heads with a wand and gives us a preference? No, no there isn't. And regardless of if you are born with it or you're not, you can't change your sexual orientation, which is what you were suggesting.
Somehow I highly doubt that, slut.
