It really reminds me of the 90s. (I want to say the 80s too, but I wasn't around then so I wouldn't know, would I? 
It's really playful. There's something... sinister feeling behind that sun thing's stare, though. In the cloud's wink. Yeah, I'd hang this in my kid's room.
