**UPDATE**
I think you all will like this one 
I have been working on NCG and came up with a lot of ideas.
I will probably make the boots thigh highs and do the gloves with the same diamond accents

Seemed to be scattered abit and I wanted her to look more like her little sister

I have to admit I do like this design better, as you said it is less scattered. Though I do love the 'tiara' from your last version. I think I would have to see the thigh high boots to know for sure, and I think the gloves would look good with the diamonds... but I can't tell how long the gloves are.
