It's so interesting to see colourful un-natural colours schemes, but done so well. 
One of my favorite pictures is from a flyer taped up next to my bed with a blue skinned girl.
I have little hope with executing a good colourful skinned character any time soon. It's difficult to figure out what colour to use, how saturated it should be, and simply how to execute it.
Anywyas~ Blondes are the hardest hair colour for me! XD Do a turotial just for me, LOL.

I dunnoo.. I choose vibrant colours when I pick them, well, for the most part. I know some artists like faded or darker ones, but Vibrant is my best choice.
I guess I like doing them because they vary a lot compared to people with like, brown hair. (They'd have to be shaded with a dark brown, usually its kinda lame :U )

I know. From an artistic standpoint.
I have more fun with the highlights of brown hair than the shading. You can use different colours there too. For Nasika, I do a layer of light peach, the same as her skin colour, and go over that with the same shade of light brown that is her hair's base colour. I also like to use a light blush layer (it's like a peachy pink) to some other nameless brunnette characters that have not seen the light of Da. XD I've also used a yellow layer to make some seem almost like a dirty blonde, but only at the highlight, and obviously brunnette in whole. Reminds me of almond milk for some reason. Idk. I think in foods.
