Description
Valentina Vargas is an OC that is the daughter of my OC Anastasia Rasputin aka Siberia and Lovino Vargas aka Minami Italia aka South Italy aka Romano. She is the younger sister of my other oc, Adrian Vargas, the Russio-Italian Common Lands.

Her name is derived from the Latin word "valens" meaning "healthy, strong." America and Canada often call her "Valentines." She was given the name because, well, for one it fit and two she officially became a region of Russia on St. Valentine's Day. (it's sort of her birthday. As far as Nation-tan birthdays go XD)

Adrian and Valentina are like, from waaaaaay in to the future of my AU post-apocalyptic Hetalia fic where Romano and Siberia end up falling in love (IT'S COMPLICATED. But it makes sense with the story, I swear!) Siberia really wants to have a kid (she gets the longing from her previous lover, Yukon) so she goes to Ivan/New Russia and asks for his approval. She then takes the paper that Russia signed to Romano and says if Veneziano signs it, they can have a kid. He runs off for all of two minutes, gets Ludwig and Feliciano (New Germany and New Italy respectively; they're all "new" because the previous ones were killed in a super war) to read it over and Feliciano signs it, and he runs back to Siberia and they get busy. For a long time they only had the one child, Adrian, but after a while Valentina kind of popped up out of nowhere.

This works because during the Great War Russia invaded Italy and the troops kind of hung out there. Most of the Russian troops moved down into South Italy and the various Italian islands. With Russia and Italy cosigning the document for Romano and Siberia, they have Adrian who becomes the Russio-Italiano Common Lands. He might have another name eventually, if he ever becomes a country on his own. The Italian Occupied Lands of Russia come from the same war, where many of the Russian soldiers would take up wives and take their wives back to Russia instead of settling in Italy. The area they live in, which is close to Ukraine, becomes like a giant "Little Italy" and eventually becomes big enough to become a region of its own. Unlike Adrian, she will likely never be her own country.

Her hair is light brown like Veneziano's, having a lot to do with her mother's hair having been white when she was a child. Her eyes are amber/brown like Romano's. She also has lighter skin like Romano's, unlike Adrian whose skin is darker like Siberia's. Her clothes are partially Renaissance based and partially based on Siberia's every day outfit. Her hair style is mostly similar to Siberia's with it being just a bit straighter than hers, with her father's contributions notably being that her part is to the side (unlike Siberia's, which is in the middle). Like Romano (and Adrian) she has a very sensitive (though small) ahoge which acts as her erogenous zone, which is on the right side of her head (thanks to Kitty for the ahoge idea). Unlike Adrian, Valentina has a nice small and cute nose like her father's and not a rounder one like her mother's.

She is neither Tsundere nor Yandere. She just happens to be very shy. She is generally very quiet and when she does talk she tends to stutter a bit, at least when she is around new people. It is often joked about (mostly by the North America Twins) that she is actually the child of her uncles, Veneziano and Dmitri, because of her lighter colouration and personality which reflects the two more than her aggressive parents.

His economy is very heavily reliant on Russia's and people are actually surprised that she grew so quickly. She lives in a fertile area of Russia and there are many people living there, since it is Western Russia, and so unlike Siberia there is plenty of development in this huge "Little Italy."
