Oh yes, this is Spock in a viking hat! All right there is an idea behind this, I was in the Halloween store, and if I had it my way, I'd be a star fleet officer with a grim reeper cloak, spider man shoes, a viking hat, and cyclops glasses. So this was one of my combos.I thought the coloring turned out well, and it was one of the rare linearts I actually liked! I normally don't like them.

They just probably have to go down to a planet where the inhabitants are vikings and in order not to frighten them they have to dress up as vikings (I mean, they've dressed up as ganstas, Nazis, medival people and the old Greek, why not Vikings?) and Spock's probably looking for the rest of his costume... uh... new uniform right now 
Your idea of a Halloween costume is of course also quite unique
