Awesome icon but... Ulquiorra would kick grimjaw's ass! Yeah, grimjaw is badass, but not as badass as ulquiorra. Ulquiorra wouldn't even miss! (Bias opinion) Well... I know he would probably miss a lot, but I think 4th Espada would win against 6th.

Well, I don't know how to make sprites myself. However I got them by cropping them from Sprite sheets that I found on those two sites: The Spriter's Resource & Sprite Database.
There are more sites on the web for those things, some has pretty good tutorials on animation and comics and stuff.
