Description They towered over my head like a pair of pistachio mountains, peering down on me with some interest. They had been the first to see my ship land and had emerged from the swamp to greet me, albeit lethargically, as if the two of them had just awoken from a long sleep.

I was able, through a haphazard form of sign-language, to communicate with the two native women, who chattered to each other in a bizarre tongue punctuated with chirps and croaks. I pointed to myself and said "Bernard." The redhead nodded slowly and slapped the top of her massive paunch.

"Tsu...ba...ki..." She patted her companion's shoulder. "Su...i...sen."

The lower half of their faces were covered by cloth and they work fingerless gloves and strap that covered the heels of their feet. Other than a strange top that covered the minimum of their breasts and very ineffective loincloths, the two amphibious women were stark naked, for every square inch of their green flesh was packed to bursting with adipose tissue. They could barely peer down at me through the valley of their monumental breasts, let alone the endless oceans that were their billowing stomachs that spilled over their rotund thighs.

They squished against one another as they spoke to me and I often could not tell where one of them ended and the other began. Perhaps they were sisters, although anybody would look similar to somebody else if they were the size these females were. Often they shifted so as to not sink too far into the mud beneath them.

The blue-haired, Suisen, gestured behind me and I turned around to see a few huts hidden in the fog-ridden trees at the edge of the swamp. I was being invited into their village and so, grabbing my meager possessions, followed the gelatinous pair as they ambled back home.

As I did, I noticed, to my rising horror, a heap of bones in the water near a rotting trunk. They weren't of any creature I had ever seen, for it was far too large to be even a bear or a cougar. I saw amongst the skeletal rubble what seemed like bones from a bird's wings. But the skull, if I could best compare it in my imagination, seemed to be that of a terrible dragon.

I heard one of the women, I know not which, belch.

First picture in my Bestiary project. Thought it was fun.

Enjoy. ^-^

The guy narrating is a monk named Brother Bernard. This is his journal of all the weird creatures he encounters on an alien planet.
