Not sure how many Human Torch's there's been, but Frankie here became part of the FF for a short time before becoming Nova, herald of Galactus.

You are correct! She became the 3rd Human Torch and eventually Galactus' herald Nova. But not his 2nd, she was several down the line from that. Wikipedia her for her full story, probably under Nova, herald of Galactus.

Cool, it's where i always go if I need info on a character. Comic Vine is also a great site for visuals of characters too, use it for refrence material for my chibis.

It's great! Just punch in your character and they'll give you comic images, B&W and fan art too! Some characters have more images than others of course, but a great reference tool! Plus they have cover images, lists of friends and enemies of the character, plus cataloged appearances! Worth checking out!
