Omfg I can't believe it's been 12 years (11 here in Spain) since Ruby & Sapphire came out!!! O:
This was a GREAT game, the best generation and region for me, and I have awesome memories attached to it, so when they announced omega ruby and alpha sapphire nostalgia took over me @__@
I started this ages ago, before the new appearance of the trainers was revealed so it's the classic kids (I would have put the old outfits anyway, I love it and the new ones are mmeeeh.)
It was done on A3 watercolor paper with gouache and watercolor, then the lines and some touch-ups in pencil annnd some effects added later on Photoshop.
As it was an A3, I had to photgraph it, and the colors & lightinig were fucked up T__T
And if you wonder, that island is Sootopolis City

Dioos, no me puedo creer que ya haga 12 años (11 en España) desde que salieron Rubi y Zafiro!!! O:
Eran unos JUEGAZOS, mi generacion y region favorita, y tengo muy buenas memorias relacionadas con estos juegos, asi que cuando anunciaron omega rubi y alfa zafiro la nostalgia se apodero de mi @__@
El dibujo lo empeze hace siglos, antes de que anunciaran la nueva apariencia de los entrenadores, asi que estos son los de los juegos originales (que los hubiera hecho igualmente aun despues de haber visto a los nuevo, porque su diseño deja bastante que desear...)
Esta hecho en un A3 de papel de acuarela con guache y acuarela, las lineas y algunos retoques a lapiz y luego algunos efectos añadidos con Photoshop.
Como era un A3, le tuve que hacer una foto, y los colores y la iluminacion se jodieron completamente T__T
Y por si no quedaba claro, la isla del fondo es Arrecípolis
