I suffer from depression and when it hits its severe and it goes up and down and up and down. Somedays I'm ok and the next dark and gloomy thoughts are all that I can think of and no amount of rationalization changes it. Its not a surprise as I've been through it before and just have to let it pass. There's really nothing anybody can do but to let one know they are there and some are willing to listen and talk about it. Thank you for being there hon
